Hi - in Options > Build > User Defined structure - is it 
possible to specify that certain parameters should be 
ignored for the purposes of creating file names?
e.g. <http://foo.com/bar.asp?id=12345>

is functionally the same as 

<http://foo.com/bar.asp?id=12345&refresh=Y>

so we would want to ignore the "refresh" parameter and 
therefore only create one file reference instead of two.
