lets say i want to copy all the images, photos, etc. in 
this link and all the other ones in it.

How do i do that. Tell me all the settings and etc. that i 
have to use for it to only copy all the photos and 
pictures like .jpg's, if it cant ONLY copy photos and etc. 
and has to copy some html then fine w/e but tell me how.
