Well, unfortunately yes. But as noticed previously, at 
least they say (in a FAQ somewhere) that the program 
is "GPL" (but withotu explaining what is "GPL")

Unfortunately some users will probably fall in this trap -
which is NOT clearly illegal, as you can sell GPL programs -
 it is just clearly DISHONNEST as they renamed the program 
so that users can't download it for free.
