I have read the documentation, I have tried, but am so 
confused. Can someone help me create a command line for 
windows scheduler...and tell me where to put it or how to 
put it in windows scheduler?
I need to download all the sub direcotries and files here:

I need to have it do it update every day. At like 3 AM.

That is really it... but I don't understand the 
language..or where to put it.
