I'll bet your website looks like this: 
page1.html (has link to "next page" page2.html)
page2.html (has link to page3.html)
page3.html (has link to page4.html)

And you set your depth to 6. 

Instead, make an index.html file with links to every page in
your tutorial. Then mirror the index.html file. That way you
don't have to worry if your depth is large enough to get the
whole thing. Set your depth to 2 and it will get index.html,
and every page index points to.
