Minor fixes (better ISO-9660 compliance) and additons 
(better link-tag callback) in this release. The final 3.33 
could be released soon, BUT pending problems needs to have 
some feedback and be confirmed, such as:

- Windows XP random crashes ?- connections/seconds sometimes not behaving as
expected 
when using low rates ? (such as 0.1 for "1 connection per 
10 seconds")
