The problem is that the 'next page' and 'previous 
page' buttons are form elements:
<input type="submit" name="b_next" value="Next Page">

Formular elements can not (yet) be downloaded by 
HTTrack (and by most offline browsers, too) because 
they contains many fields (for example, the "number of 
the page" element) that can not be filled 
automatically. The engine would have to 'guess' which 
element to fill, and which one it shouldn't.

In this case, there is no simple way to download the 
page(s), except if you find a page which indexes all 
links
