Actually, the WinHTTrack EXE installer previous to 3.09 did not require
administration priveledges (at least not our WinNT systems), but the new
changes to the registry setup (as mentioned in history.txt) in 3.09 are
preventing us from installing it. We have had to move to the "without
installer" option.
