Instead of "Experts Only" go to "Scan Rules."  Put -* on 
the first line and +<your domain name>* on the second.  The 
first line will kill all downloads, the second line will 
exempt anything with the domain name from the exclusion 
caused by the first line.  That is, "download nothing" 
(first line) "except anything with <your domain name>" 
(second line).
