The option tab is a bit hard, I must admit - and 
filters are also complex to understand for beginners. 
A list tab, on top of "Preferences and mirror 
options", with pre-defined options, such as "Download 
website and associated images", might be an idea. 
(this behaviour is the default one, by the way)
I'll have to find a simple solution - but more 
generally, the interface will have to be 
redesigned/rebuilt - it is complex (quite ugly, too), 
and much more complex to maintain using Visual C++..
