I used the command line in Windows, and it gave me the 
exact same problem.  I'm very confused as to why this is 
happening.  What difference between the GUI and the command 
line would make it work successfully, but not the other?  
Normally I would say I just don't have the options syntax 
right, but you agreed that it looks correct.  Very odd.
