I seem to have the same problem as well after installing 
Mandrake rpms (httrack-3.3.2-1 & libhttrack1-3.3.2-1). 
 
Using konqueror, I get to the welcome screen with the url 
shown as: <http://localhost:8080/server/index.html>. But if 
I click on the Next button, this message appears: 
 
An error occurred while loading 	
<http://localhost:8080/server/step2.html>: 
Could not connect to host localhost (port 8080) 
 
If index.html loads, then why not step2.html? How do I 
check that the server is configured properly?
