I want to keep downloading from the server even the 
server is slow.

I have set: 

The number of connections to 4
Timeout to 9999
Retries to 9999

But I will still get error during the download
due to the slow server, I guess.

How can I set the HtTrack to keep downloading
until the file is downloaded from slow server?
