Go in the last login page, fill the information WITHOUT 
hitting the "submit" button, fire winhttrack, and 
select "Add URL"/"Capture URL", change your proxy settings, 
and THEN hit the "submit" button that will be captured by 
HTTrack. Then, launch the mirror as usual.

This may work, or not, depending on the authentication 
mechanism.
