I wanted to download
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/>
and, to make the search of main links in the site (index,
files, help, products), I added internal links to the site
URL. So I used the following "Web Addresses:":
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/>
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/products.php>
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/help/>
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/files/>

Everything was fine, except that if I try to access the Help
page from the site rather than from the link in my index
file, I receive a "file not found" error.
The "Help & Documentation" (left pane) link in the on-line
site refers to:
<http://www.dungog.net/sme/help>
but in the downloaded site refers to:
<file:///D:/WinHTTrack/SME%20Server/Dungog%20Networks%20-%20SME%20server%20customisation/www.dungog.net/sme/help-2.html>.
If I follow the "Help guide" (right pane) link, I have:
on-line - <http://www.dungog.net/sme/help.php>
off-line -
<file:///D:/WinHTTrack/SME%20Server/Dungog%20Networks%20-%20SME%20server%20customisation/www.dungog.net/sme/help.html>
This link works, but then it shows me a link with the
"help-2.html" file (wich does not exist).

The downloaded version of the site has a lot of index-2.html
files and they work fine, but not this help-2.html file.
These files (I think) are generated because of the original
.php files, so I think there is an error in this mechanism.

Hope this can help to improve this optimum software!
