The Proxy should be well configured. If I remove it I get the following

What irritates is the kind of error message and the difficulty to understand
what realy happend:

Before I got "connection error"; now I get the message "not found (404)". What
the hell is the difference? Where shell I change the configuration to what? 


I encounter a similar problem when I access on other website:
