Hi.  This time you set your start address incorrectly.  You've told HTTrack to
find a file called "/4/willkommenspaket/*" which does not exist (404 Not
Found).  Remove the * and it should work.

Addresses or rules that use * go in the scan rules box in the Options.

Archive.org sites are difficult to mirror due to the way they do linking. 
HTTrack was trying to find the image on the original server, not Archive.org's
mirror, and that original server is unavailable.
