I want to download a fiction a web, so I start from the chapter page.
www.booksky.biz/Directory.aspx?BookID=3527&SortID=11089. However, I can only
download the chapter page and some pages, but not the content pages that I
expected. Tried to tune a number of parameters included change chain depth and
adding +www.booksky.biz/*, but still failed. Any expect can help?
