This is an update of my last post. Thanks to the help of Mr. Annajiat Alim
Rasel, I learnt that the problem is a conflict between console & HTTrack, and
the temporary Solution is to delete "-%F" from the.

I hope somebody can find the final solution of this problem. Thank you very
much.
