Ok so I am savy to the point where I understand I should be puting this in my
proxy settings etc. But IE7 will not take it. Is there a way to just get a
IPv4 address?
and what i mean is I can enter it but if i hit ok and come back its gone.

Firefox at least keeps it but its not even trying to look for the page
