Thanks. I've now realised that I don't use the --catchurl command line when I'm
running the Windows version, that solves some confusion.
But although I see some reasonable content in the hts-post0 file I'm still not
getting downloads of protected pages (others are fine).
I assume that the URL generated for the login page is the only one I need in
the URL list box (as I'm getting other pages), ie I don't need the "root" URL
too.
Will try some other sites.
