Had the same issues, then figured it out!

Click on Mime Types(Tab)
Select PHP from the 'File Types Dropdown Menu'
Select text/HTML from 'Mime Identity'

If issue still exists then, 
Click on Spider (Tab) and select "no robots txt rules"
