you have said... if i have a project "foobar" and i 
add one url "www.foo.com/bar/index.html" and one 
filter "-www.foo.com/bar/*", then basically nothing 
gets downloaded? if this is so, then i think you have 
answered my question: httrack's default behavior when 
you remove all filters (built-in + custom) is to 
exclude everything.
