I put in "first page" when you should add URL
<http://www.co-optimus.com/system/4/pc.html>

then

I added to the filtres in settings

+*.png +*.gif +*.jpg +*.css +*.js -ad.doubleclick.net/*
-mime:application/foobar
-* +*game/*/pc/* +*system.php?id=4* +mime:image/* 

and I got what I wanted ;)
