windows version of httrack

I can not figure out how to use command line options

problem:
I attempting to use httrack to download instructables that are under the bike
category.
after the instructable.com name it is followed by /outside/bikes I am trying
to httrack to download the instructables that are listed in this category but
it does not. When I check the url for an instructable it turns into
/id/instructable-name. I am unsure how to set httrack to go into each
instructable and download it. I am using gui, but if i need linux to do
command line, i have jolicloud, moonos, ultimate edition linux distros i can
install. I do have command line experience in small shell scripts.
