I add new project using webhttrack and abort shortly after, then --continue
from the command line with certain extra parameters.

Now I know what you --continue with no switches, some command line arguments
(as passed on from the webhttrack settings) are present, but what if you
specify extra options like I do? Will they override the options that I
specified using webhttrack?
