Subject: user settings (in allowed range!) aren't respected

HTTrack does not respect user settings within allowed range as per manual

quote: "Max connections / seconds: [...] The default is 10"

---> I chose 10 cnx/s (which is the default value)

quote: "Number of connections: [...] It is recommended to limit this number to
1 or 2 if you are mirroring big files on a site, more on standard sites (8 is
recommended, up to 42 if it is supported by the system)"

---> I chose 8 (as recommended)


RESULT:

from my log file:
