Either, you didn't use the near flag (get non-html files related) so it did
not get that file (and you would have known that had you used the no-external
pages.) 

Or, the js was too complicated for HTT (or you didn't use extended parsing)
and now the file is no longer on line.

If you want to try again, backup the mirror first so you won't loose files if
it's down.
