-%N0 switch doesn't work, httrack still only uses 1 connection

When using 3.33 I see something like this

<http://www.httrack.com/html/img/snap4_a.gif>

and the download runs superfast. With the latest version, even with -%N0, it
just plods along using only 1 connection no matter what options I set, and a
download can go from taking 8 hours with 3.33 to 4 DAYS with the latest
version.
