Generated by php code is irrelevant. You can only get html output from the
public side of a web server.
index?v=A vs index?v=B are two separate URLs - handled fine.

Won't help.

Looking at
<http://www.readynas.com/download/GPL/index.php?dir=kernel-build-tools-x86%2F2.6.33>
the entry that looks like a directory entry in browser is
_f('defconfig.smp',47631,'Nov-10-10','kernel-build-tools-x86/2.6.33/defconfig.smp',1289425836);
FAQ: Javascript no full support. HTT can't handle, can't convert that to a
URL. Can't be done.
