i tried to download the version 3.46.1 32bit and 64bit but i always get
disconneted around 400-550Kb of transferred data.
I assume it is because of my low download speed of 7-8Kbyte/s  that i got
kicked? I am using a european 64Kbit line. Maybe you could look into it.

In the end i used a mirror not linked on your site to get the installer... ofc
with the same download speed.
