I have found and logged several remaining "emergency 
aborts" in WinHTTrack ; this time you should see a 
CRASH.TXT appear.

This release is tagged "3.21-2", and has been uploaded now -

Once you have a CRASH.TXT (I hope you'll have one), please 
send it to me so that I can fix the problem asap (should
