I installed 3.21-2 after uninstalling the prior version.  
When I ran it, I had the same issue.  In the WinHTTrack 
directory, I found no CRASH.TXT file.  

Also, I tried running 3.20 on XP and it also crashed.  So 
the earlier versions are not more stable on XP.
