i want to mirror this page www.ifa.uni-hannover.de but i did
not suceed yet. 

The site uses the referer to load the content. For example

www.domName.de/mainFolderA/subFolderA/load_index.asp
www.domName.de/mainFolderA/subFolderB/load_index.asp

www.domName.de/mainFolderB/subFolderA/load_index.asp
www.domName.de/mainFolderB/subFolderB/load_index.asp

The file load_index.asp is always the same (in every
directory a copy of the same file). It is used to load an
index file. This index file retrieves the referer and loads
 4 frames. 

To be able to download this site HTTrack would have to
create a site struktur like the above mentioned and copy the
index file and every frame in every directory and would have
to modiefy it that way that the frame links are pointing to
the relevant subfolder. 

This is a brainer
