I've tried entering the site using both the 'username:password@...' format, and
the authentication form for username and password. 

After both I receive a pop-up: 'Error wrong URL(s)'. However, I don't recieve
this error if I enter the site without a username or password. 

Access to the site requires username and password. Could they have found a way
to protect against HTTrack copying?
