Dear winhttrack users 

I went around, googling my problem and stumbled upon this github issue:

Since the last comment was in early 2017 I was wondering if anyone found the
solution. 

I'm using winhttrack on a Windows Server 2k12R2. 

I already tried using a system proxy with winhttp, no difference. 

I was able to confirm the issue with wireshark.
