I had the same pb with <https://docs.zettler.com>› (from github).
Perhaps a SSL lib error mechanism or a pb with Server Name Indication.
I found this solution from automaticgiant on
<https://github.com/xroche/httrack/pull/102>
use docker image automaticgiant/httrack-git
(https://hub.docker.com/r/automaticgiant/httrack-git).
It works for me. Hoping this helps.
