You can try with changes in following setting in options :-
1. Browser ID
    A. Browser "Identity" - Mozilla/5.0(Windows; U; Windows NT
5.0;en-US;......
    B. HTML Footer - (none)
2.Spider 
    A. Check Force old HTTP/1.0 requests
3. Build
    A. Local Structure Type(....) - Site-structure, without www.domain.xxx/
    B. Check Non error pages
    c. Check Hide query string

These setting working well for me, I hope your problem also solved by these
