Ah yeah that’s an IPv6 address, not a normal IPv4 one. Most proxies don’t
handle it well, that’s why you get “refusing connections.” Also, if the
site is password protected, httrack can’t really grab it unless you give it
login info — otherwise it just looks like it captured something but actually
didn’t.

Honestly, if you’re just starting, it’s better to play around with simpler
setups first... Check out some basic proxy guides here:
