when i try to copy a web page like this for example 
 {http://www.mysite.net/cars/honda/index.html}
i don't have any problem , but the problem is when i want 
to open a link from this page 
EXAMPLE :http://www.mysite.net/cgi-bin/honda.pl

i have to be connected to the internet i have tried to use 
filters it didn't help
Please help me what do i have to do (step by step please)
