This is possibly either:
- a complex javascript link
or
- a form-based link (POST data)

In either case you won't be able to download it easily - 
complex javascript code is too.. complex for offline 
browsers (including httrack), and forms are not taken by 
httrack for many reasons (you can't "guess" embedded fields 
values, for example, and this would cause other security 
related issues)
