Once I found a site with the tag:

(/images/row3_bg.gif)">
 
It appeared that WinHTTrack 3.30 is not able to find and 
download the "/images/row3_bg.gif" file. To find, to 
download and to relink of course (because "/" means nothing 
under Windows). I suggest just to teach HtTrack using "url
()" as a link source.
