I want to mirror a site that has a limit to 6 connections 
per minute.  Unfortunately HTTrack only lets me set 
connections per second.  I have tried using a decimal 
number (ie 0.1) with no luck.  Is there any way I can 
limit HTTrack to 6 connections per minute?
