Setting a bandwidth limit had its draw backs, it was either
way to slow on big files, or fine for big files, then you
hit 10 little ones in a row and you get kicked from the site.

I ended up using a previous suggestion by having it execute
a shell command after each page hit, in this cause just a pause.
