Hi, I e-mailed you privately and just now found you had 
replied here so here's my reply....

I tried again changing the things you suggested. This time 
it took 7hrs to download (compared with 4.5hrs the last 
two times - I don't know if that is significant or not) 
but it still doesn't work :o( I still get the same error
message.

Should I have all these extensions listed in my Scan 
rules?? Maybe this is part of the problem?
