Hi Andrew,
the message occures, when a file (non-HTML) is already 
present in your filesystem but not in the HTTrack cache. 
This scenario seems to be inconsistent, but it happens 
under specific circumstances.
Currently HTTrack downloads the file again, which is the 
savest way, but there are arguments for a different 
behaviour.
