The links aren't refreshed, even using 'update 
existaing download' ? (warning: do not 
select 'continue')

If so, disable (uncheck the option) the option 'update 
hack' in Options/Spider/Update hack, and disable the 
proxy settings (some bogus proxies keep data even when 
not fresh anomore)

This should do the trick - else, this may be a 
webserver bug.
