Subject: How to add the arabic langage?

I want to add Arabic language to the Httrack program, but I 
not succeeded to make it, because Arabic characters do not 
display in Httrack. I have changed the coding system of 
characters (LANGUAGE_CHARSET :ISO-8859-6), knowing that 
Arabic characters are not Latin. What's the solution?,
