I've read through the forum and haven't seen a workaround
for this:

Occasionally a site I want to download generates this error,
but it is not consistent.  For example, I downloaded a
portion of a site with no problem.  But today when I want to
resume the interrupted download, I get the error.  Same
thing happened last week.
