I was going to download a copy of Black Viper's Windows XP services list web
site.

The current site is under construction, so I went over to Archive.org's mirror
of it at:

<http://web.archive.org/web/20041128094512/http://www.blackviper.com/>

But WinHTTP doesn't like that kind of url.  It strips out the first part and
only leaves blackviper.com
